Providing shelter and assistance to victims of domestic violence for Lea County. The essential services, which include emergency shelter, crisis intervention and advocacy, have provided the foundation from which Option, Inc. has built its services Additional services include facilitation, (individual and group), transitional housing, food, clothing, transportation, assistance with acquiring protective orders, and working through education with offenders.
The first step in stopping domestic abuse is understanding what it is and how to help a victim. We treat everyone with non-judgement and respect as they work to change their circumstances.
In addition to protecting victims we work with offenders to educate them and help them navigate triggers that may cause domestic abuse.
